... change account password
If you have shell access, the on Unix like systems command passwd changes the password. On OpenVMS SET PASS will guide you through password change.
If you do not have shell access, then use http://www.polarhome.com/service/admin/ link to manage your ftp and MySQL accounts - otherwise support@polarhome.com can always help you.
- You have to send your request from the e-mail address that you registered.
- Always quote your username and hostname

Please note: that it might happened, that your password is right, but you do not access the right host. More info under http://www.polarhome.com/service/shell/ports.html
Also common problem is that users forget about polarhome shell policy http://www.polarhome.com/service/policy.html that says, that shell is not enabled by default, just pop3 and imap.

... download files for template accounts
Go to http://www.polarhome.com/service/admin/ - Admin page

Under Usermin tool - choose your host and log in with your username and password.

When you are logged in - under Applications /Upload and Download you will be able to browse and download files.

Choose (better write in) your home directory: /home/first_letter/username/offline/
