If your script is for example: test.cgi and full url look like: http://www.polarhome.com:port/~username/cgi-bin/test.cgi you can debug with http://www.polarhome.com:port/cgi-bin/cgiwrapd/username/cgi-bin/test.cgi

There you can check the error_log and other http server logs for debuging purpose.
