| no, database accounts have nothing to do with ftp or shell accounts, however if you created your ftp account after 2002.05.14 MySQL accounts can be generated by the system (if requested) and account details will be posted to your polarhome e-mail address. On request you will get the same username for easier administration. ask MySQL account at mysql@polarhome.com and PostgreSQL accounts at postgres@polarhome.com
please include your username and hostname.
