cgi bin problem

i don't understand nothing of cgi bin, but i've a script, for creating hit stats, and it's in cgi bin... but i've always got this error message:

CGIWrap access control mechanism denied execution of this script for the following reason:

Script userid and/or remote host not permitted!

As i don't understand nothing, please tell me if i can have those cgi scripts to work with my ftp account...

You need a shell account to use CGI.
