You're not helping by not mentioning the server.

Anyway I guess mysqld crashed, send an email to support@polarhome.com ASAP (including your username and the server).

Or you have some settings wrong. Did this happen after you alterd any forum settings?

and the same problem also appeared in some other accounts (not mine) here (all since yesterday)...

and i didn't alter anything...

Well I can't read anything except the Phpbb credits but it doesn't seem to me that there is a mysql error anywhere.

If the error shows up again contact support@polarhome.com just as afonic suggested.
