Hey, guys!

I'm working on this KILL LOPATOV project :), and it's in russian (I'm gonna do the english version of the site there too). But the problem is - I specified windows-1251 encoding in HTML but it still doesn't show the cyrillic letters.

Is there a way to fix it?

[i thought i had, but then i changed my mind]

No, haven't tried on a different one. Actually I registered a new RedHat account but I registered it half and hour ago and it still doesn't work (the whole RedHat server doesn't seem to work). FTP does work tho.

Try this URL - http://www.polarhome.com:793/~andpict/
tell me if it works
