Hey folks. ok here is my deal. I have been looking for ages. I came here hoping to maybe I could use my mail script for my site. I need it so people can send me the pictures they draw for the book characters and send me the book reviews they write. I need help finding a place that will support CGI, ASP or PHP and allow me to be able to send mail. I really appreciate any help. thnx in advance.

You can send emails using CGI, when you have a shell account.

However since polarhome uses *nix based machines, ASP is out of question, and php mail() is disabled due to abuse.

Like i said,
if you want, you can register a shell account and get CGI access. then install whatever CGI form-emailer script you want, and you're all set to go.

but php mail() will not be enabled again. the ratio of people who have legit use for it Vs. those who just wanna abuse it is too high.
and polarhome can't afford a second spam-fest.
