I'm sorry bothering you guys, cause I know it ain't easy to keep polarhome running, and I respect you guys for trying this hard.

I came across several posts regarding FTP problems.

I tried to connect to ftp.polarhome.com:753 and the connection just times out. I'm using PSFTP (text-based client) but i also tried Mac OS X's Fetch and the problem continues.

This is what i get using DOS:

Hope you figure this out

Best Regards

You should use ftp.polarhome.com:751.
Read the ports forwarding guide:
http://www.polarhome.com/service/ports.html

If you follow the instructions everything works fine:

Thanks for your help :)

It works now.. dind't read carefully

The problem is, i don't understand how I get to my web space (where i can upload and run my stuff).

Maybe it's cause of my "reading comprehension".

Glad if you could help

Once you've connected to your server by FTP, cd to the public_html subdirectory and upload your html and/or php etc, stuff to there.

Just try replacing index.html with a noddy "hello world" page as a first attempt to check whether it works...
