Payment sent almost 2wks ago

Postby z0_freebsd » Sun Jul 09, 2006 4:11 pm

I sent payment via paypal almost 2 weeks ago. Also faxed the necessary form with it the same day to the efax as required. Now I'm hopin maybe someone out there can set light on this issue. How long before I get a replay from polarhome and does it take this long for the process to go thru?
Best regards, Greg

I was gonna blame the US Postal Service, but then i saw that you paid by PayPal. hmm.
Check that the payment was actually recieved by Z and not slipped thru the cracks.

PayPal accounts are usually pretty instant, back when i made my first account on Polarhome [ooh, the days] Z got back to me in like less than a day even.

So ye, make sure he actually got the payment and the efax thingy, he'll reply here soon enough too with further details.

Welcome to Polarhome,

hi,

please follow instructions at http://www.polarhome.com/service/ports.html
or use http://www.polarhome.com/service/admin/

Usually shell is activated within hours when mail (or fax) arrives - except when I am vacation or offsite. This behaviour falls under
Polarhome realm and member hosts provide services "AS IS"

I am sorry because of that, but this is the maximum that polarhome can provide. For better, more stable, professional service you should try to find some other provider.
Regards,
Z

hi,

freebsd has been recently "purged" and seems there is not everything kosher around.
I investigate right now, because several freebsd accounts do not work... but most of them work.

I do not have any explanation right now... but this is prio.
Regards,
Z
