Hi,

while i'm waiting for my shell to be activated i have been doing some necessary reading on how to compile psybnc using putty. i have a question regarding SSL in psybnc though. what i want to do is simply to be able to access channels on a network (linknet on port 7000) where SSL is enforced.

the questions i have is: should i use openssl 0.9.7d or libssl-dev? how should i compile it in psybnc?

if someone could write a short, but detailed tutorial, on this i would be very greatfull :)

i'm using debian for this.

remember, im a total newbie who is eager to learn about shells, so please bear with me
