Hey Kirby,

I just saw a special on this this on tv this morning. 

It's weird b/c i've never heard of it before but what it is, is basically
something that is released by your own pit uitary gland, but it starts
declining in your 20s, even more in your 30s and 40s, eventually being the
cause of decreased mscle m ass. 

The site that was recommended to me was www.flpuh.org/mk7/ and it only
