InterActive Leisure Systems, Inc. (IALS) is a low float technology
entity focusing in the
travel business.  IALS business plan is to
procure an enterprise software platform
for the marketing, vending and management of travel
commodities and to use this platform
to run three separate
businesses.  The entity  feels its strategy
to manage three distinct businesses permits them to
take full advantage
of investing in a technology platform
while lessening the
risk that a dip in any one of those
branches would impede to earnings.

The areas of attention
span:  1) Licensing the travel system to travel
organizations who require the
organization's top of the line
program to manage their business
in today's interconnected and increasingly mobile connected market place;
2) exploit this platform to
conduct  its own exclusive label travel businesses for
those entities  who need a
extensive turn_key
answer to their travel distribution needs, not just a technology
answer; and 3) to offer the
mutual products of its
clients as well as supplementary
travel products to similar groups who
want to make available to their employees/members/associates with a
far-reaching
travel program.
