Nuvilex, Inc. to Control 2 of the 3 Huge Dr_ug Markets with Cell
Encapsulation Technology

After making a block-buster deal to secure Bio Blue Bird and its world-wide
licenses associated with the live-cell encapsulation platform technology to
advance treatments for all can_cer types, Nuvilex, Inc. (OTCQB: NVLX)
broadcast this week that it now expects to do the same thing with
dia-betes.

When Nuvilex pulls off this purc-hase, it will be in control of 2 of the
big 3 multi-bil_lion dol_lar med markets - can_cer and diabe-tes - with
regard to the use of this unique and exclusive live-cell encapsulation
technology.

The company's intent is to capture the full worldwide rights for the
util-ization of the live-cell encapsulation technology for the growth of
therapies for Dia.be.tes from SG Austria P.t.e. Ltd.   Accor-ding to the
American Dia-betes Association, in the U.S. al0ne, $176 bil-lion is spent
annually on medical expe-nditures linked to dia-betes with in excess of $22
bil-lion of that being spent on therapies for the dis-ease.  Nuvilex said
it envisages to close this deal at the close of October.
