Nuvilex Agreement with Medical Tital Is a Significant Win for Shareholders

Nuvilex, Inc. (OTCQB - NVLX) just announced it has finalized a contract
with Fisher BioServices, Inc., a part of medical services goliath Thermo
Fisher Scientific, Inc. (NYSE - TMO), for the long-term stowage of cells
that will be needed for future Phase III clinical trials in pancreatic
cancer and for experiments in other cancers as well. This is a big deal for
Nuvilex and validates how far along the Entity is in clinical trial
development, which should take the stock's valuation significantly higher.
Fisher BioServices is one of the leading companies in critical biological
material management and cell and tissue storage with facilities globally
and its $30B in market cap parent employs 39,000 globally. Fisher
BioServices has stored more than 170M biospecimens, including cells and
tissues, as well as their related data.  Importantly, their facilities are
completely GMP amenable - a requirement for an NDA filing.

The Fisher BioServices facility, located in Rockville, Maryland, is only a
few miles from Nuvilex's International Headquarters, and will be utilized
as one of several cell storage sites world-wide storing the cells to be
encapsulated that are part of Nuvilex's pancreatic cancer treatment.

that this partnership is a critical step for Nuvilex and confirms the
Company's rank as a well-respected player in the cancer treatment

clinical trials and FDA approval objectives as quickly as they are able.
