[Ctags-vms] Ctags, VMS problem

Dear people,

After using it on Unix I resently started using Nedit on open vms:

     Built on: VMS, Alpha, DEC C
     Built at: Sep  2 2002, 14:53:21
   With Motif: 1002 [@(#)OSF/Motif Version 1.2.4]
Running Motif: 1002
       Server: WRQ, Inc. 7

When I try to load a ctags file I run into the following error:
! Error reading ctags file:
'DSA1:[USER.OWIL.CTAGS]TAGS.;13'
tags not loaded

First lines of the ctags file:
