[Ctags-vms] ctags 5.8 + regex

I have got some time and fixed it in no time...

$ mc <>ctags --version
Exuberant Ctags 5.8, Copyright (C) 1996-2009 Darren Hiebert
  Compiled: Nov 29 2010, 15:19:41
  Addresses: <dhiebert at users.sourceforge.net>, http://ctags.sourceforge.net
  Optional compiled features: +vms, +regex, +internal-sort

The same is sent to Darren.
The executables are published at http://www.polarhome.com/ctags/  (developers release http://www.polarhome.com/ctags/files/developers/ )
