Working Hard to Protect the U.S. Food Supply.

NOTHING is more important than good health – and this includes
having a good, clean, SAFE food supply. It’s a big issue according
to some stunning statistics: more than 1 million Americans a week
contract food poisoning from everyday pathogens, such as Salmonella
and E. coli. However, with current threats to America’s safety,
nothing is more essential than protecting our food supply.
e-FoodSafety.com, Inc. EFSF.OB is now readying the launch of an
amazing new bio-terrorism safeguard that will protect our food from
the deadly Anthrax virus.

This is a major problem, but there’s more.

The August 16, 2004 issue of Forbes Magazine cites that Anthrax is
the most deadly bio terrorist threat to Homeland Security.
eFoodSafety.com EFSF.OB is currently undergoing EPA testing to bring
its food-grade Anthrax Sporocidal product to market. The company’s
Anthrax Sporocidal product has already proven to completely
eradicate Anthrax spores in independent laboratory tests. Upon
completion of the EPA Protocol testing, the company’s Anthrax
Sporocidal will be the only food-grade product on the market to
fight the War on Terror! After the September 11 attacks, the
subsequent spread of Anthrax spores in the United States makes it no
longer a threat, but an urgent problem to be dealt with.

eFoodSafety com aims to take advantage of the universally growing
demand for healthy, PathogenFree produce. The Company plans to do
this by offering a suite of products and processes to eliminate
pathogens in every phase of produce distribution. Management has
employed the technical and managerial expertise to execute this plan
and has insured the protection of the Company’s intellectual
property. The Company is now days away from executing the first
phase of revenue-bearing activities: truck sanitization service.
Subsequent revenue streams are planned to flow from eFoodSafetycom
core competency of food safety and should even include an exclusive
brand of produce titled #1 Patriot Brand.

To date, the Company has used its resources for the development
stages of the eFoodSafety com business plan. So far, plan has
included patent planning, government licensing and the creation of
important industry and government alliances. The next phases of
business will include the creation of an exclusive brand of produce,
the execution of a food safety monitoring and analysis service and
government partnerships. Each of these general activities was
designed by the Company to provide revenue from every step in
produce distribution. Management has also communicated that the
Company will make strategic acquisitions of technology, assets and
businesses that fall clearly into the existing business plan.

A critical part of the Company’s business going forward is the
patent pending Food Safe process for eliminating pathogens.
eFoodSafety s Food Safe process uses water, citric acid, chlorine
and an ozone-based, proprietary material to eliminate pathogens from
produce and create products that last longer on the shelf, while far
exceeding FDA requirements.

Strategic acquisitions, such as the recent acquisition of Knock-Out
Technologies Limited, will allow the Company to not only to grow
organically, but to also integrate its products horizontally.

Using Cutting Edge Technologies to Monitor, Sterilize and Distribute
PathogenFree Produce to the U.S..

eFoodSafety com is developing technology and processes that should
significantly reduce athogens in fruit and vegetables, and reduce
produce rot. This firm is poised to be an early entrant in this
market. The Company has aggressive and qualified management,
complementary partners and access to capital.

Foodborne illnesses, food poisoning cost Americans near 7 billion
and 5,200 lives a year, and a number of these illnesses originate
from the consumption of some 137 billion in produce. Less than 2% of
produce reaches consumers PathogenFree, so the potential market for
sanitization treatment is considerable.

e FoodSafety plans to enter this market with produce-sanitizing
products and services that will manage the process of sanitization
and reduce produce rot. The Company's planned offerings include
truck sanitizing stations, a government approved audit service and a
branded line of produce.

A U.S. patent pending, ozone-based process should allow the Company
to sanitize produce in a way that appeals to both the traditional
and organic markets. Traditional grocers will likely use
eFoodSafetys products or services to reduce rot in their produce,
while the Company's clean sanitization process may appeal to rapidly
growing organic foods distributors.
