<p align="left"><strong>Stellar Pacific Ventures Inc. (TSX-V: <a
id="ct2_0"
href="http://www.actonsoftware.com/acton/ct/1523/s-000f-1107/Bct/l-0002/l-0002:15bcd/ct2_0/1">SPX</a>)</strong> ("Stellar" or the "Company") is pleased to conclude on the 42 RC holes program drilled on the B-3 Zone of the SOLOTOMO gold system. A total of 21 holes intercept significant gold grades over widths of up to 35 metres.</p>
<p align="left">The 42 RC holes on B-3 Grid were drilled along 12 different sections or fences 50 to 100 metres apart to test a strike of 1,050 metres along and across the B-3 gold anomaly. B-3 is part of a large gold anomaly showing numerous NW/SE and NE/SW extensive gold in soil anomalies that includes the SOLOTOMO artisan pit, as well as B-1 to B-4 zones as shown on the following map . <p align="left">Off the 42 holes, 21 cuts significant gold intersections along a large corridor aligned N 2200. The mineralized shear zone is dipping 50 degrees NE.</p>

href="http://www.actonsoftware.com/acton/ct/1523/s-000f-1107/Bct/l-0002/l-0002:15bcd/ct5_0/1">B-3 drill section</a>)</p>
<p align="left">Anomalies B1 to B4 represents a large gold system located just East of the Solotomo artisan mine site and are part of a system of northwest/southeast and northeast/southwest structures. Geological observation from trenches suggest that the gold mineralization on the Solotomo discovery occurs in quartz-carbonate veins hosted within a well-preserved and very deformed Sericite schist trending northwest and dipping to the east. One form of disseminated alteration most commonly noted in oxidized rocks is quartz-sericite-pyrite (QSP) alteration. This alteration type is not distinctly different in coloration in fresh core and is thus difficult to detect in that state. Surface weathering converts the sericite to white kaolinite, creating a bright white colour alteration distinguishable even at great distance when exposed in trenches, artisan diggings and drill pads. This kind of alteration is evident in the proximity of the Solotomo artisan pits and the white kaolinite is visible from great distance.</p>
<p align="left">Mr. Maurice Giroux, President and CEO of the company and a Qualified Person as defined in NI 43-101 regulation quoted: "We are very pleased with the SOLOTOMO discovery and our works keeps delivering excellent results. The conclusion of this initial drill program confirmed with no doubt the potential at depth of the B-3 anomaly on a distance of more then 1,000 metres. The zone remains open at depth and laterally and we are already planning another phase of RC and core drilling for October 2011."</p>
<p align="left">"Furthermore, the Zone B-1 still being compiled also looks as promising with a significant intersection of 1.64 grams per tonne gold over a length of 47 metres as previously announced (<u>Stellar Pacific drills 47 m of 1.64 g/t Au at Solomoto</u> 2011-06-01 ). Overall results of B-1 will be announced as soon as the compilation and the interpretation are completed. We are confident to be able to deliver an initial resource calculation before the end of 2011."</p>
<p align="left">"We have now confirmed by drilling significant gold mineralization on three different zones all part of the same SOLOTOMO system, namely, the Solotomo artisan site (<u>Stellar Pacific drills 20 m of 1.74 g/t Au at Solotomo</u> 2011-04-19) , zone B-1 and B-3. Although the results are very positive, we believe that exploration is at early stage and that the understanding of the structural geology of the SOLOTOMO area can lead to real success story."</p>

<p align="left">The Balandougou property is located 100 kilometres to the north of Siguiri in Upper Guinea, close to the Mali border.
