[Mysql-list] A help with a random query

I would really appreciate your help about this:

I have a table with a lot of rows and I would like to select only 20 rows
every time (I can use LIMIT 20). But I want this select to be random, that
is every time that I do a select I would like to get 20 differents rows.
Is this possible? How?

Another Q:
Is it a possible to select a row but a unique identifier?, like in
ORCLE/MSQL using rowid.

By the way, I am using MySQL 3.23.43.
