New binaries for Alpha, IA64 and VAX (both 64 and 32 bit 
pointer size) are available from http://www.polarhome.com/openssl/

Current release is 1.0.0e (status: TESTED - download ready )
Binary Version Information (The version looks very similar on other 
platforms and other pointer size too)
