[Polarhome] Help!

Hi, i´m having a problem, so i decided to write to you to solve this one.
I had registered some accounts in your server, but i only use one account.
The others, i registered for friends, because they were not sucessful when
they tried to access www.polarhome.com

The last time i tried to access my account, appeared a message after i
logged: Permission Denied     and it cut the connection.

I tried to log sometimes.. but i wasnt sucessful .. so i decided to log in
the shells i´ve registered for my friends.. the same thing happened.... I
thought you had cut the shells.. i chatted with my friends, and all of
them, can access their accounts..

I´m very surprised, and i dont know what is happenning... I never used my
account for hacking purpose, and o just used for putting irc bot´s...

I´m sending this email, to get any explanation, and, if is possible, a
solution. I´m waiting for your answer.
