[Polarhome] debian move

Hi,
Server debian.polarhome.com had from time to time few days downtime. The
main reason is that it was not inside of polarhome realm and on site
administrator could not keep it alive. In such cases it was not
reachable even for polarhome staff.
I moved debian into polarhome realm - read - behind the gate.
Hope it will improve stability.
>From other side debian users need to change some setting to be able to
continue their activities:
1. http://www.polarhome.com <http://www.polarhome.com/> does not
exist any more. You should use http://www.polarhome.com:753
<http://www.polarhome.com:753/> instead.
2. list of other services can be find at
http://www.polarhome.com/service/ports.html
3. users that run some service as eggdrop irc server etc should
change their service ports to be in range 30000-34999 to be able to
access from the Internet.
4. public irc server debian.polarhome.com is reachable at
irc.polarhome.com:6666 only.
