[Vim-vms] A new syntax file for VAX macro

Hi,

One of my coworkers Tom Uijldert has written a syntax hilighting file 
for VAX Macro32 source code, an assembly-like language that is used on VMS.

It is available at http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=838

Can this be included in the standard vim distribution?
If it's too exotic (VMS-only) for regular vim, can it be included in the 
vim-VMS distribution?
