[Wormnet] Silent yet some work is done

Now I am speaking of the central part of wormnet - the specturm analyser I
want
placed. The idea is to make a Extream fine filter that can sweap trhu the
fastest
acurate way thru the radio spectrum, and STORE a copy of that spectrum in
memory..
now - that does not come easy, we need after a deep analysis encode this
spectrum
to splines.
So first a Math filter that can take a wideband signal and direct it to the
spline formula and there after direct to memory.
