Arguments
       nnn	 Specifies the numerator.

       ddd	 Specifies the denominator.

Description
       AuFixedPointFromFraction constructs a fixed point value by dividing nnn
       by ddd.

       AuFixedPointFromFraction is implemented as a macro.
