       identifier (CDSA)

       dle,  CSSM_DATA_PTR  UniqueID) SPI: CSSM_RETURN CSSMCSPI CSP_RetrieveU‐
       niqueId (CSSM_CSP_HANDLE CSPHandle, CSSM_DATA_PTR UniqueID)

LIBRARY
       Common Security Services Manager library (libcssm.so)

PARAMETERS
       The handle that describes the  add-in  cryptographic  service  provider
       module  used  to	 perform this function. If a NULL handle is specified,
       CSSM returns error.  Pointer to CSSM_DATA structure that contains  data
       that uniquely identifies the cryptographic device.

DESCRIPTION
       This function returns an identifier that could be used to uniquely dif‐
       ferentiate the cryptographic device from all  other  devices  from  the
       same vendor or different vendors.

NOTES ON SPI
       The  output is returned to the caller as specified in Buffer Management
       for Cryptographic Services.

RETURN VALUE
       A CSSM_RETURN value indicating success or specifying a particular error
       condition. The value CSSM_OK indicates success. All other values repre‐
       sent an error condition.

ERRORS
       Errors  are  described	in   the   CDSA	  technical   standard.	   See
       CDSA_intro(3).
