       FcStrSetAddFilename - add a filename to a string set

SYNOPSIS

       Adds  a	copy  s	 to set, The copy is created with FcStrCopyFilename so
       that leading '~' values are replaced with the value of the  HOME	 envi‐
       ronment variable.
