	   # any combinations
	   # -> new( in => *STDIN, out => 'out_file_name' )
	   # -> new( in => 'in_file_name', => \*OUT_HANDLE )

	   # use in() and/or out() methods
	   # -> in( *STDIN ) -> out( *STDOUT )
