class_index_to_name - gets the class name given the class index

LIBRARY
The Class Scheduling Library (libclass.a)
PARAMETERS
The partition descriptor returned by class_open(). Input -- the index
into the class array. Output -- the name of a class.
DESCRIPTION
Given the class index, this call returns the class name.
Note that the calling process must have root access privileges.
RETURN VALUES
The operation completed successfully. An invalid partition handle was
specified. The class_index does not exist.
