NAME
     cms_intervene - CXFS cluster membership intervention

SYNOPSIS
     cms_intervene node_name

DESCRIPTION
     The cms_intervene utility is used to intervene in the membership protocol
     on behalf of a node that the administrator knows to be in a safe state
     with respect to the shared media.	This is intended for use when fencing
     and/or reset of a node fails and there are no other automatic fail action
     options specifed.	In that case, the CXFS membership protocol will stall
     until either the node attempts to rejoin the cluster or cms_intervene is
     executed on behalf of he node.  cms_intervene is restricted to users with
     the CAP_SYSINFO_MGT capability.
