cmsSaveProfile - save a profile to permanent storage

DESCRIPTION
cmsSaveProfile saves an open profile to the file system. If the profile
was created with cmsCreateProfile , then there is no file associated with
the profile, and this command will not work. Instead, use
cmsSaveProfileAs . Note that cmsSaveProfile doesn't close the open in-
memory copy. To close the profile you need to call cmsCloseProfile
explicitly.
ERRORS
CMS_FAILURE
Something went wrong. This is not a helpful diagnostic.
CMS_OUT_OF_MEMORY
There was not enough memory available to save the profile.
