cmsSaveProfileAs - save a profile to permanent storage under a new name

DESCRIPTION
cmsSaveProfileAs is much like cmsSaveProfileAs, but in addition takes a
string spec that indicates the file name to use when saving the profile.
ERRORS
CMS_FAILURE
Something went wrong.
CMS_OUT_OF_MEMORY
There is not enough memory in the system to save the new
profile.
CMS_EXACT_PROFILE_EXISTS
A profile already exists with the name specified by spec.
