SYNOPSIS
       DOUBLE PRECISION FUNCTION DDOT(N,DX,INCX,DY,INCY)

	   INTEGER	INCX,INCY,N

	   DOUBLE	PRECISION DX(*),DY(*)

PURPOSE
	  DDOT forms the dot product of two vectors.
	  uses unrolled loops for increments equal to one.
