dmG726EncoderCreate - allocate new DMG726encoder structure

DMstatus dmG726EncoderCreate(DMG726encoder *encoder)
PARAMETER
encoder DMG726encoder structure to be allocated.
RETURNED VALUE
If successful, function returns a DM_SUCCESS. A DM_FAILURE return value
indicates an error.
DESCRIPTION
dmG726EncoderCreate(3dm) allocates and initializes a DMG726encoder
structure. This structure is then used for dmG726Encode(3dm) routine.
