     isblank - space or tab character test

SYNOPSIS

     isblank(int c);

DESCRIPTION
     The isblank() function tests for a space or tab character.

RETURN VALUES
     The isblank() function returns zero if the character tests false and re-
     turns non-zero if the character tests true.
