QCAM(4) BSD Programmer's Manual QCAM(4)

NAME
qcam - driver for Connectix QuickCam monochrome camera on parallel port

SYNOPSIS
     qcam0 at isa? port <port address>

Where <port address> is the address of the parallel port to which the
camera is attached. The camera must be attached to the specified port
when the system is booted. If it is not attached at boot time, the ker-
nel will not identify the qcam device. While both the lp and qcam
drivers may be configured on the same port simultaneously, attempting to
print with a QuickCam attached may produce unexpected behavior.

The interface to the driver is defined by the source -- there is no other
documentation. See the source for the sample user-level programs in the
contrib/qcam directory of the source CDROM or in /usr/src/contrib/qcam if
you have installed the sources for the utilities.

This driver is not supported by BSDI. Please report any bugs to both
     problem@BSDI.COM and the author.

FILES
/dev/qcam* files through which the camera is accessed
