Note: These ports are portforwarded to port 6667 on given host and it is not necesserily exit some IRC server.
However users may run their own IRC server and bouncers by using other direct access ports. Non malitious IRC activity is allowd in polarhome.com realm.
Users need shell access to be able to set up and run their own IRC server etc. More information i polarhome policy.

At irc.polarhome.com has been installed an IRC
server which listens at 6660-6670 ports. This server is, as everything
on polarhome.com absolutely free and without any rules in
order to popularize Unix and linux environment. Even bots are allowed if they are not destructive. It is accessible
from outside or if you have an account on ome polarhome.com host by invoicing
