We came into being as a result of the Romanian governmental policy of reorganizing the power department, in keeping with the Governmental Decree 273/2003, by parting the personnel of reparation, maintenance and services from the thermal power station in Iernut. We are proud to say that for more than 40 years (since the 21st of September 1963, when the first power plant group started its activity in the thermo power plant in Iernut) those who are at the present the employees of S.C. TERMOSERV MURES S.A. have carried out all the works of revamping, updating technology and reparations of the power units of this plant.

S.C. TERMOSERV MURES S.A. had the chance of starting its activity with highly qualified and highly disciplined personnel, valuable asset in the National Power System.
