Subscribing users to aliases

Subscribe a user to an alias when a new user account has been enabled. To subscribe a user, follow these steps:

1. To add a user to one or more existing aliases in the file, select the Users Subscribe menu option within the ``Alias File'' screen.

   This produces the ``Select User(s)'' screen.

2. You can enter a user or click on Select. This takes you to a ``Select Users'' list screen. Select one and click on OK. This takes you back to the ``Select User(s)'' screen.

3. Once you have a user in the top field, click on OK and this takes you to a ``Subscribe user username'' screen.

4. To add aliases for the user, select the appropriate system alias in the ``System alias'' field, then click on the ADD button. (To remove it, select it in the ``Alias subscribes to'' field, and click on REMOVE.) Alternatively double click on the product in the ``System alias'' field to add it; double click on the alias subscribed in the ``Alias subscribes to'' field to remove it.

5. Click on OK.
