Adding or modifying a task
In the
Task Scheduler:

To schedule a new task, select
Task
Add Task.
To alter an existing task, double-click on a task or
highlight it and select
Task
Modify Task.

Enter information as follows:
Command-
The name of the program you want to run. If you do not
provide a full pathname, the system assumes that the program is
in your home directory.
Schedule Type-
When you wish the program to be executed:
Day of Week-
If selected, a Time selection and a Day of Week
list are displayed.
Date-
If selected, Time and Date selections are
displayed. Use Every Month or Every Day
to override the date value and have the program run
every day or month.
Time-
The time you want the program to run (in hours and
minutes, based on a 24-hour clock). For example, if you want the
program to run at 6:00 P.M., enter 18:00.
Select Every Hour or Every Minute to
override the time value and have the program run every hour
or minute.

When your selections are complete, click on OK.
The task is now scheduled.
