[Polarhome] ircd on openVMS

hi all, 
I would like to say that PolarHome is one of the best ideas of this planet.
I am brazilian, and I enjoy PolarHome :D
My qeustion, if anyone can help, is if its possible to run IRCD in the OpenVMS shell... and... if yes... how do I set it? I am experienced with linux/bsdz but this is the first time I try OpenVMS.
Hope someone could help me.
