[Polarhome] ircd on openVMS

hi,

it exists an ircd that runs on VMS (ircd272g_beta) but as far I know they took out the VMS related code from new versions... I've never tried it, but I can imagine that it is possible to run from our VAX.polarhome.com

... another problem is that there is no port forward for irc from gateway... it means in shotr, thta even if you manage to run some ircd on vax you can serve just users from polarhome realm and not from the Internet (but it is easy to manage if you need one)
