The EMS Peripheral Status Monitor provides resource state information.
Possible values are:
The resources is UP and working properly.
The resource is DOWN and should not be used until it is back in the UP
state.
Some resources will go back to the UP state automatically, when
the monitor responsible for that resource determines that the
resource is back in a working state. However, other resources
need manual intervention to be returned to the UP state. These
resources should be returned to the UP state after they have
been fixed by using the set_fixed(1m) command.
The action required to return a resource to the UP state, whether it
will be done automatically by the monitor or requires the set_fixed(1m)
command, is described in each resource instance description.
