NAME
       DtMmdbInit — initializes the DtInfo database engine

SYNOPSIS
       #include <DtMmdb.h>
       void DtMmdbInit(void)

DESCRIPTION
       The  DtMmdbInit function makes the DtInfo database engine ready to pro‐
       vide access service. When the function returns, the database  has  been
       initialized.

RETURN VALUE
       None.
