NAME
       interiorv_i - If an interval vector is in the interior of another.

DESCRIPTION
		      TRUE if X IS_IN_INTERIOR of Y
       The function  INTERIORV_I checks if an interval vector X is enclosed in
       the interior of another	interval  vector Y.
       X IS_IN_INTERIOR of Y if and only if
       Yi_infimum < Xi_infimum < Xi_supremum < Yi_supremum
       for all entries of X and Y. The routine returns .FALSE. if N  is	 equal
       to zero.

SYNOPSIS
       LOGICAL FUNCTION INTERIORV_I( X, Y )
       INTERVAL, INTENT(IN) :: X(:), Y(:)
	 where
       X and Y have shape (N).

ARGUMENTS
       X (input)
		      Array of DIMENSION N.
		      Unchanged on exit.
       Y (input)
		      Array of DIMENSION N.
		      Unchanged on exit.

ERRORS
       blas_error_alloc
		 X or Y is unallocated array

       blas_error_shape
		 shape(X) /= shape(Y)
