NAME
     ioprio — execute a utility at a specified I/O scheduling priority

SYNOPSIS
     ioprio [-n priority] utility [argument ...]

DESCRIPTION
     The ioprio utility runs utility at a certain I/O scheduling priority,
     specified by priority, or a default value of 4. Higher priorities receive
     greater I/O budgets.
