       usb_endpoint_is_bulk_out - check if the endpoint is bulk OUT

SYNOPSIS

ARGUMENTS
       epd
	   endpoint to be checked

DESCRIPTION
       Returns true if the endpoint has bulk transfer type and OUT direction,
       otherwise it returns false.
