SYNOPSISDESCRIPTION
The function disables the transport endpoint specified by fd which was
previously bound by On completion of this call, no further data or
events destined for this transport endpoint will be accepted by the
transport provider.

RETURN VALUE
Upon successful completion, a value of 0 is returned. Otherwise, a
value of −1 is returned and is set to indicate an error.
ERRORS
On failure, is set to the following:
[TBADF] The specified identifier does not refer to a transport
endpoint.
[TOUTSTATE] The function was issued in the wrong sequence.
[TLOOK] An asynchronous event has occurred on this transport
endpoint.
[TSYSERR] A system error has occurred during execution of this
function.
